160m conditions were fabulous last night.Europe was pounding in
and many were worked with 589/599 signals including an I2 who was 5x9 plus
on SSB. 6W6/K3IPK,CE0ZY, ZS4TX and YK1AO were on the band all at the same
time (0400-0430z) ZS4TX was quite loud for a couple of minutes but faded
away before I had a chance to work him. Omar (YK1AO) was 5x9 plus on 75
meters and gladly accepted my offer to qsy to 160 meters where he was 559.
He has been hanging around on 75 meters from 0330 to his sunrise at 0410 on
75m SSB and has no problems QSYing to 160m to try a topband contact.
