Good Point! Never tell someone that if they can't errect the optimum
antenna that they shouldn't even try.
For those who think 45 feet vertical isn't enough, remember that the famed
"Battlecreek Special" is only a modest 48 feet vertical.
Who knows how many rare countries and DXpeditions have used this antenna
with great success on Topband!
I personally used a "BCS" with Nick VK9LX in 1997 and can attest to the
fact that it works just fine!
