Hello Lane, I make no such claims any longer... The only one I do make
is it works really well for a short vertical radiator with a good ground
system under it. That has been the experience so far by commercial and
amateur users alike. Has the CTSVR been tested? Yes, but not in the
environment that is generally accepted as an accredited antenna test
range. Now for the flames!!! (Nope...they will not make it past me...
