Topband: T31T Timing

Most mornings they come on 160 about 1045 Z.  This is too late for New
England.  This morning I heard VE1ZZ calling CQ on 1.826 hoping, I think,
to raise them.  Jack said on packet that his sunrise is 0959 Z.  Hopefully
the gang can start on 160 a little earlier.
