Got up at 2100z with the hope to be able to catch JY9QJ for a new one on
topband. His signal was fairly good (569) at 2227z, yesterday. But, my
calls were unreplied.
Early morning today, he was not heard at all. Stations heard were BV4ME
(2122z), UA0FZ (2147z). Both were 559 with QSB in Cinere. FT5ZH first
spotted with decent signal (559) at 1830 kHz since 2124z working dozens of
JAs. Until 2150z, the JA pile-up was still huge and it made me worry
whether-or-not the propagation would permits me to call him. Finally, FT5ZH
working transceive at 21522z. Their reception is good. I need to repeat my
call once and later we got all exchange okay in a brief and genuine QSO.
