Seems I hit a "raw-nerve" as many responded with first hand answers for my
quest on how to quiet an electrice fence.
I know whose fence it is and am working with them on the problem. It is and
old style charger and pulses 1 second on, 1 off and uses an
electro-mechanical switch.
Thanks for all the help guys. The information provided was on-target and is
