As I write this (18:30z) XZ1N is still pounding away on 160. he's now S-9
at times, I tried to work him earlier along with the 6's/7's with no avail
- now several hours laterHe comes back on the first call - I does seem as
though they are hearing better - Many W6/W7 into the log this morning I
also have JT1A on first call amazing what sunrise can do. I didn't even
break 200 QSO's for this contest (single/160) but ya' know - I wouldn't
trade them for 2000 q's for an all band effort - ah 160 still has it's
"sparkle"
