I have one of the fences.  The transmitter operates on about 560 khz, I
think this is standard.  You should be able to tell with a portable radio.
I get some interference across the HF spectrum.  If I need to quiet it down
I turn it off.  Hard to do with the neighbors.  Good Luck.
