Here in New England, we also noted skewing of the European signals
during last night's (22-23 Nov.) opening. Many of the Europeans
were stronger or as strong on my 135 degree Beverage as on the 45
degree Beverage. Normally the Europeans are 20-30 dB down when
switching to the southeast Beverage from northeast. Strong auroral
flutter was noted on most stateside signals. As noted by others, the
skewing is a fairly common event when conditions are "disturbed".
