I have not much time for radio but I watched on 160M around that time
(our 6:00AM, 20 Sept). And I didn't any BV, then.
From my log-book, I worked the following BVs on 160M and all of them
were in the 1820-1830Khz range. My QSOs with BV in 1992 - 1997:
< BV2DA, 2DJ, 2FG, BV3/DJ3KR, BV3/JA1JKG, 4CT, 4ME, 4RH, 7FC, 9AYA and
BV9P > Of course, I also heard some other BVs on 1820s.
I don't know why he was such a low frequency - 1810Khz. I'm afraid
BV3FA wouldn't be a real one, SRI.

ZK1XXP has been very active on 1,822Khz every evening from 22 Sept.
Their sun-rise 16:30z is our 01:30AM, so I didn't watch around that time.
