TopBand: FREE E-MAIL SERVICE (JUNO)

JUNO UPDATE:

JUNO is dropping their 800 number service which they claim costs 4 times
as much as local service.  They have increased the number of local
numbers to 400.  Whether they will add to that level of service has not
been indicated yet.
