TopBand: NOAA Propagation Forecast

Merry Christmas All!

        The band is slowly improving as the quiet side of the sun
rotates back toward us.  A special thanks to W3LPL for a very lucid
explanation of the spotty propagation we've been experiencing the 
past week or so.  Based on the attached forecast, we can expect a
return to good conditions until sometime in early January.  Here's 
hoping the worst is behind us and that 1997 brings all of you many
new ones on THE band.
