I also worked EM1U last night, and I overheard your QSO with him as well.
I heard you tell him that QSLs via 9H3UP were no good for DXCC credit, and
then you asked if he needed a new manager. Evidently he went into a fade
for you as he replied that he could not change managers since 9H3UP had
paid for the DXpedition. Then EM1U faded for me, and I did not catch what
was said after that.
Yesterday KG6I forwarded a message from K5FUV to this reflector about QSLs
for EM1U and EM1KA. Bill suggested trying via JA2JPA.
