We've had high QRN levels here in Colorado the past two+ weeks or more.
Last night was a little quieter. HH2AW was running stations on CW. I
heard him work KH6CC and heard KH6AT call him. This morning, at my
sunrise, VK6VZ was calling CQ on CW with no takers.
I worked both HH2AW and VK6VZ with my 100 watts to a Hytower. Will
have the amp up and running soon. The full wave loop is going up a few
feet higher, and just maybe the concrete will be poured on my dedicated
160M vertical before the ground freezes.
