Sorry for not replying earlier.

First of all I understand your frustration, not being able to run the East
path this winter because of the DELIBERATE QRM as you mention.=20

I cannot agree with your believe that this small OZ SSB ragchewing group is
BREAKING their terms of license because they are not following the
"internationally" agreed bandplan.....but that does not mean that I approve
of their behavier.

This bandplan as far as I know, have only been drafted and accepted within
the amateur organisations (IARU Region 1,2 and 3). In some countries I guess
the local PTT follows these guidelines and in some way try to acknowledge
the wishes put forward by the HAM=B4s.

But the bottom line is that two decision taking parties (IARU and PTT)should
work more together (If that is possible). A few elected people in the
(IARU)are taking care of our interests and I am sure that they are doing
their best.=20

It is just that the amateur world of people are comprised by a variety of
different thinking people with many goals and standards and sometimes these
behaviors are not the ones of the IARU.=20

I suggest that you should try to find sympathy for this problem in your
local organisation RSGB/IARU representative and ask them to apply pressure
on the Danish PTT.=20

If we want some influence on this, it is the only way to go.=20

The Danish DX group have for some years been lobbying for these people to
move from the 80 M DX window (3.784) but without significant result I am=
 afraid.

The Danish Hamorganisation E.D.R. is located at

E.D.R.
Klokkestoebervej 11
DK-5230 Odense M
Denmark

I dont have the adress of our PTT. Will look it up.(It is not secret, Hi=
 Hi).
