Found the manual. It was at the very bottom of the stack.
It say "Preliminary Manual, OMNI VI 563"
And is dated "April, 1992".
It spells out the word "April" rather than printing 4/92.
Unfortunately is does not have any schematics inside; it is simply
instructions of how to operate the manual. It really was the original
manual.
My PDF copy of the manual in my electronic archive says "4th Printing 2/94".
Somewhere there must be a manual that was written between 4/92 and 2/94.
That schematic (81597) can only be in that manual.

I honestly can't recall when I bought my first 563.
I bought my 562 (OM-5) early in 1990.
Our only hope is that someone with a very early version checks his/her
manual and discovers the earlier IF/AF board in it.
I recall having a preliminary manual to one of the radios, but can't recall
which one.
I will dig through my box of old manuals and see if I still have it.
Keep your fingers crossed.

That manual PDF is dated 2/94 and denoted as 4th printing. I've seen Omni
VI units with serial numbers as early as 4/92. So somewhere out there are
earlier versions of the manual.
