If the bridge is still in the circuit, that .2 ohm reading is the secondary 
winding of the transformer.
If it does end up being the bridge, I recommend you remotely mount the new one 
somewhere. I put mine on the back side of the front panel. Use BIG wire. (At 
least 12 gauge)
And use heat sink grease.

I just finished checking the bridge and I am getting0.2 ohms between the AC 
terminals and AC to +. It looks shorted to me.
