My MULTI encoder is "flaky": Sometimes moving only a few digits (say for
MIC Gain only 38 - 41); other times working fine.

I found a note from 2012 suggesting twisting it 20 -30 times,
and blowing dust from inside the radio.

Any other suggestions (since 2012)?
