Gary: By "hinge" do you mean remove the 4 screws , one in ea corner of the
panel
, and hinge the panel, knobs etc knobs etc downward until I can unfasten the

You do need to hinge the panel down but this is pretty easy to do with an Omni
6 or paragon.
