didn't ask, he seemed short and sweet. kinda hurried so i obliged and kept the
conversation short.
i tried calling the # on my id back to get a tracking # and only got a voice
mail.
took about 2 weeks to get a reply to my e mail with a RO # and then 2 weeks
after they received it for the repair to be complete.
