Thanks for the additional gloss, Ron. I have read about and have seen photos of the Kachina. Considering the popularity of the Flex series, it seems the Pegasus was the "Edsel" of ham radio - a cool design, just a bit ahead of its time in the marketplace !

The Pegasus/Jupiter has an interesting history, you can find out a lot with
a little bit of searching the Internet.  Especially when you compare it to
the Kachina 505
