back in the day,
I ran RTTY on HF with a Triton 4.
You ran it at full bore, keeping the ALC LED just from lighting.
The limits were how the power supply could handle the 20 amp draw for 10
minutes or more (running those rtty pictures!)
The triton was one of a very small group that could handle full power key down
for hours at at time.
