" TN has an intelligent tax system. Pretty well NO PERSONAL INCOME TAX! High 9%, I believe, sales tax. The way Federal Tax should be - a consumption tax. (etc.)" So let's see, a guy making a million a year probably dispenses 30% of his income, while a worker making 50K likely spends all.
