Ah. That sounds hopeful.

The power supply has an internal fuse. The over voltage crow bar more than
likely fired and took out the fuse. Open the case, search for a fuse on the
back were the transistors mount to their heatsink. You'll see a ceramic fuse
(mine was) and I'd bet it's open.
