I heard a ham the other night on 40 meter SSB. He was running a Collins
S-Line with the Collins amp. It was the best audio I have heard recently,
it was clear as a bell. I also own an Orion II and a faithful Century 21.
Bells and Whistles. Soon a transceiver/PC that works DX contests while you
watch TV and drink a cold one. Just program it to send RS 5X9 and that will
take care of most of the qso.
