For either portable or mobile use of the Ten Tec Scout, I bought some ice box, or drawer divider trays that are just the height of the modules, and about as tall. You can store the band modules vertically, and have easy visual access to what band module is in what order front to back of the tray. A bit of velcro attached to the front of each band module would give you something for a velcro strap to hold, when placed across the line of modules.
