[TenTec] Orion 2 Firmware 2.044A Released

We have released a new set of firmware for the Orion 2.
This addresses mainly the NR issues and partially addresses the SPOT
Tone issues.
Feedback is welcome on these or other features, only makes the rig
better for everyone.
If new issues arise, please feel free to post them to ditsnbits at tentec.com.
