I have a new-to-me RS-35M Astron that is acting strangely. It only has one meter, and it is switched between volts and amps. When I turned it on, I get a very low hum like the transformer is working, but the meter shows nothing on one side and drives a little negative on the other. Anyone more familiar with the Astrons than I am, please give me an email off list. Thanks.
