Gary, If the lamp life becomes a problem, first try 130 volt lamps from a lamp shop, (in most large towns). Greatly extends life! The Electric company should be able to tap that pole pig in 5 per cent steps which would just about correct the problem. I bet they tapped it maybe in the summer? When load would have been maxed out?
