Gerry's analysis is correct -- it's a TRANSFORMER. Depending on the
core material (and to some extent, the winding details), it becomes
increasingly lossy with increasing frequency. For Fair-Rite #61,
losses begin increasing markedly above about 20 MHz. Fair-Rite has
other materials for which this happens at a significantly higher
frequency. #67 is one of them -- good for high power to at least 80
MHz, but low frequency mu around 40 (as compared to 125 for #61).
