I just acquired a TenTec 1208 to use with my FT-1000MP MKV and I have a couple
of questions.
I know that I have to detune the rig to 5-7 watts to use the 1208
My main question is:
If I hook up to the 'HF' antenna port and switch over to 'bypass' can I still
use my 200W output into the bypass of the inverter, or
do I need to put a coax switch inline and completely bypass the inverter?
My next question is does anyone have a 6 meter vertical they would part with?
