I too have just found the DX-Lab suite to work with my new eMachine with
Vista Home Basic, WinWarbler 5.7.7, Logbook Of The World, and eQSL. I
haven't used it for very long but it appears to provide a lot of tools to
help work DX and get the QSLs.
