I've used the DXKeeper logger that is part of the FREEWARE DXLab
suite for five years. I am VERY happy with it. It coexists with Ham
Radio Deluxe, an excellent FREE radio control program. About 3 yrs
ago, HRD added a logger, but since I was already in DXKeeper, I
stuck with it. HRD also includes excellent programs that transmit
and receive digital modes.

DXKeeper can be set up to work with LOTW, so every week or so, or
every month, you can upload your QSOs to LOTW and download your
QSLs. DXKeeper also imports logs from contest loggers like Writelog
and N1MM in ADIF format. I do that after every contest.

DXKeeper has a rig control component (Commander, I think). I've
never used it. DXKeeper is great for general logging, lousy for
contests.
