| Does anyone else get encoder clicks on tuning the Omni 7? Specifically I am getting what sounds like a zipper being zipped when I tune on 6mtrs. Tuning slowly I can hear each encoder step and it doesn't matter whether the antenna is connected or not. It happens worst about +or- 50kHz around 50.150MHz...which is a real downer as this is the centre of activity in europe! I have tried a reset to no avail although it did reduce the efect on 10mtrs. It doesn't seem to matter what step size is chosen. Any ideas anyone. 73 de Dave...G4DAX _______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec |
