Jameco and probably JDR Microdevices carry 4 port RS-232 serial cards,
probably generic bus and surely PCI bus these days. Should drop in and
come with suitable drivers.
USB can be stacked with a hub so all are on one USB port.
There are single USB to multiple RS-232 boxes too. I don't know which
are compatible with your software and radio hardware.
