[TenTec] Omni VI Keyer Speed Control

I only use keyer speeds from 15 to 30 wpm.  That is covered in about 1/8th of a 
turn on my Omni VI+ internal keyer pot.

Has anyone found a way to spread the speeds out?  Anyone know the value of that 
pot (I can't find it on the schematic)?

I am hoping to replace it with a 10-turn pot of the same value.
