I just got a new batch of chips and have them all written. I have chips for
the Omni V that make it almost an Omni VI. These are what I call Omni V.9
version 2 chips. They are complete with stickers for the keyboard for the
new function. Also these chips do not require any hardware mods other than
installing the chip and placing some stickers on some keys. They add band
registers, crystal aging frequency correction and Icom CI-V serial port
operation to the Omni V.
I also have chips for the original Paragon. These chips essentially make a
Paragon II out of a Paragon.
