It is a prime fixer upper. PTO rebuilding or relubing fixes the tuning
stiffness. Some Caig De Oxit cures many switch and contact issues.

Simply wiping a case with a paper towel moistened in Alcohol brightens up
many a rig. Just avoid getting it on decals or plastic face plates. Water
is safe on plastic lenses, in moderation.

IF it makes power and has a working display, everything else is just some
educated trouble shooting. You can half spilt and find where things still
work in the signal path, then divide that path in half to narrow down where
the signal is lost.

Someone should jump on this one. But, I have a full bench myself!
