Ah, I was thinking 50 ohm only: my handbook as a
spread of 26pF/foot up to 30.8pF/foot for 50 ohm-ish
coax. Foam seems to have some effect, not what I'd
call alot (sometimes it changes, sometimes not--RG58
no change, RG8 goes from 29.5 down to 26). 75 ohm
coax runs around 21pF/foot, and 93 ohm is 13 to
16pF/foot.
