[TenTec] Jupiter - BeaconSee software

Has anyone successfully interfaced the BeaconSee www.coaa.co.uk 
software with a Jupiter?

Three choices on the BeaconSee menus seem of interest:
RX-320, Generic and File Interface.  The author of BeaconSee wrote me 
that most Jupiter users found File Interface most useful.  None of 
them work for me.

Help please.
