[TenTec] Omni VI Meter Lamp dimming

Both of my 564's do it, the lamp remains plenty
bright. It has to do with the method Ten Tec uses to
dim/brighten the lamp. Check the list archives. A
loose or oxidized DC power connector can also cause
the lamp to dim or brighten on it's own, some deoxit
can be the quick cure.

The meter lamps on my Omni VI dim noticeably when
either the VOX or SPLIT LEDS are lighted.
