If the "keyer" is the same in O2 as O, there is no keyer hardware -
it's entirely a software (firmware) process, except for some
inscrutable Xilinx PLA logic. And that accounts for some artifacts -
like timing jitter (inaudible in my experience). The O2's computer is
much faster than O's, so you might think the keying process would be
more stable. But anything can happen when you reimplement the
software, as TT has done with v 2.
