I do understand you have a noise problem caused by your local electric
service. This affects your receiver, not your ability to transmit a clean
signal. Just admit it, you do not want to run less than 100 watts. That is fine, your choice, the noise you have has nothing to do with the amount of power your run. As you said, Earth to Jim.
