You should be able to find some clamp to fit the mike connector you will
need for the D104, and that clamp is sold for use with a number of boom
mikes.  Check audio specialty distributors on web, or professional sound
stores in your vicinity.  I believe the D104 screws onto a mike connector
usually mounted in the desk stand, but you can find those connectors alone.
