tried that---Neglected to mention that I had changed out q3,q2,and q4 on contol 
board due to accidentally reversing board when replacing, looking for original 
problem.  Since first writing, found that the transistor used for q4 has 
different element positions.  Replacing with correct positions stopped the key 
up, but still doesnt work when keyed, either with key or with lock position.  
Ground is getting to t/r ok now, and is going to ground.  But T line does not 
change.
