Fernando,
If you use the RTTY modes instead of USB, the speech processor is
automatically turned off when you go to RTTY. You can define an RTTY mode
to really use USB and have a zero offset for the various digital modes.
When you exit the RTTY mode, the speech processor is restored.
So, essentially this feature is already there.
