[TenTec] (off topic) changed DXCC countries

All you DX'ers : How do I find out the present DXCC countries for 
changed calls?? I need to know what countries are represented by the 
following call signs (can't find them listed on the DXCC list) - 
(yeah I know, buy Mac Logger):

RU3FM (1994)
UV3PF (1993)
