TaTa....totally disagree with that Bill. Some 25 years before I retired I
planned on the QTH I wanted when I retired. With the announcement of the
Orion and the Titan 3, I put that into my retirement budget. I now have the
QTH I want (on 15 acres) and the radio set up I want, all within the
planned budget. Do I want to run out and buy the next 2 to 3dB 'better'
radio....heck no, certainly think I'm gonna be VERY happy with my decision.
And I'll just leave it up to the operator to make up the 'extra dB better'
if there turns out to be such a thing.
Give something back....I did...gave 11 years to this country's
military....anybody else that needs a hand-out, can get it somewhere else.
