Oh, I see now. They let you into the review of the rig
you are interested in, show you the last user review,
then hold the user reviews of everyone else for ransom
with that yellow: "Subscribers Only" message.

I tried that (actually the "Refresh" button - but most
of the reviews are
still clearly marked in yellow: "Subscribers Only".
