This "cost" thread made me think of when I purchased my Paragon 1 back in 1990. (The Paragon is a good radio, but not in the category of an OMNI VI!) With two filters and a DB25 cable for interconnection to the Herc II amp the Paragon cost me $2650. I did the "inflation calculator" and see that in 2002 dollars (the calc would not handle 2003 or 4) the amount would be $3692.46. So, what's new under the sun? The Orion is really "moderately" priced..... Thank you, TT!
